Our mission is to encourage the Nigerian Woman in Diaspora and the Nigerian girl child to explore, cultivate and embrace her full leadership potentials and utilize the same in creating an enabling environment where the contribution of women in nation building will be recognised in perpetuity.

Vision

It is our unequivocal belief that women are the corner stone of society and therefore can play outstanding roles in nation building if given the recognition and opportunities they deserve.

Nigeria is on a continuous journey of evolution. Women in most parts of our Country have begun to, and continue to make their marks in various aspects of life thereby influencing admirable changes in politics, democracy and leadership. We need to build on this now rather than later!

We notice that unfortunately our country is divided by class, tribe, religion, political affiliations, gender inequality and other trivial issues. Unless we immediately tackle these issues, they will continue to impact on the influence and involvement of women in politics in our country.
